Blueberry Muffins

I love to bake. I don't do very much baking for many reasons (takes time, makes a mess, bad for waistline, etc.) but I really love baking on occasion. Lately I have been doing a little more baking because I have discovered food blogs and rediscovered some of my cookbooks. The boys also love to help me bake and, as long as I am not in a hurry, it can be very enjoyable to have them help me. I like having all of us working together.
