Potter Party

After a little discussion with my mom I decided that maybe TJ and I should take the boys to the book release party that Barnes and Noble does for the release of a Harry Potter book. She convinced me that we were missing out on history. So our first Potter party will in all likelihood be our last Potter party. Too bad, because we actually had a fun time! It attracts some strange people but they also go to a lot of trouble to make the evening enjoyable. We bowed out too soon apparently because sometime after we left they had a costume contest and I hear we missed some great costumes, including some giant guy dressed very convincingly, as Hagrid. Anyway the kids got lightning bolt tattoos and a picture with Harry Potter, so they had fun.
